A quick introduction — and a straight answer on how I work.
I'm Robert Rohling, a website designer based in Florence, Alabama. I got into this work the practical way: by fixing sites that weren't performing, for people who just needed them to work. Over time that turned into a full practice — diagnosing why a site isn't pulling its weight, then either repairing what's broken or building something new when that's the better call.
I work mostly with small businesses, churches, schools, and nonprofits — organizations where the website genuinely matters, but nobody on staff has the time (or reason) to keep wrestling with it. I'd rather hand you a site that's fast, clear, and easy for your own team to update than a flashy portfolio piece that nobody in your office can touch.
Every project starts the same way: I look at what you have, tell you honestly what's working and what isn't, and go from there. No pressure, no jargon, no surprise invoices.
